Delicious Noodles in Wagamama Restaurant in London
As I've just said you I have a particular love for asian foods! One of my favourite asian dish is: NOODLES!!!
I like them in every way...with meat or with fish, with fruits and vegetables, with curry or soy sauce, noodles soup like ramen or pho, fried noodles!!!
Last night  with Matti we cooked them with shrimps, pineapple, peas and onions in the wok (asian pan)! That deliciousness!!!

The recipe of the noodles is very simple and fast:

1. Put in a pot the water, when it boils put in the shrimps.Cook them for 5 min. Then drain the shrimps but don't throw away the water.

2. Put in the wok a little of oil, then put in the slices of onions

3. At the same time you've to put in an other pot the water, when it boils put in the noodles and a little of salt. Cook them for 3 min. Then drain the noodles and put in in the wok.

4. In the wok you've to put the noodles, the shrimps, the peas (yet cooked) and the pineapple slices. You've to mix everything and you can help yourself with the water which you cooked the shrimps.

5. At the end you've to put curry powder while you're mixing all the ingredients and finally you can serve them.

Enjoy it!!!

Indian Cuisine

Do you have never been at an Indian Restaurant? I like Indian foods, in particular I like: Chicken Tandoori, Hariyali and Chicken Tikka, Nimbo Chawal, Bharwan Alu, Malai Kofta, Vegetable Biryani, Bhel Puri...
The first time I eat Indian foods was in London at "Bombay Brasserie"(www.bombaybrasserielondon.com), a very beautiful restaurant with a sophisticated atmosphere, but I took the Vegetable Thali and it sickened me! But then I found a very nice Indian Restaurant in Pisa ,"India" (www.ristoranteidiapisa.com), and I eat very well! I love the mix of flavours between sweet and spices...it's extraordinary! Very good taste, I think that you'll enjoy it!
I suggest you to try this type of cuisine! I love it!
